If the firm helped you, a few sentences on Google helps the next family find us when they are having the worst week of their lives. It takes about a minute.
Opens Google in a new tab
Four steps, and nothing to fill out beforehand.
It opens the firm's Google listing with the review box already open. You don't have to search for anything.
Any Gmail or Google account works. If you're on a phone you're usually signed in already.
Tap the stars from left to right.
It does not need to be long. Two honest sentences carry more weight than a paragraph.
The reviews that reach people hardest tell the whole arc — where you started, how it ended, and what it meant. Any one of these is a good place to begin.
Google reviews are public, permanent, and carry your name as it appears on your Google account. Many people are glad to say exactly what they were charged with and how it ended — those are often the reviews that reach the next person hardest.
But it is entirely your choice. If you would rather not have a charge attached to your name in public, you can write about the outcome and how you were treated without ever naming it. That still helps.
Either way, please write only what you actually think. If something fell short, say so — and tell the office directly as well, at (713) 505-1005, so it can be put right.
Thank you — it genuinely makes a difference to a small firm.
